2024-2025 Practice Schedule
Team practice begins Sunday, Nov. 10th
NO PRACTICE on the following dates:
Nov. 27th-Dec. 1st Thanksgiving Break
Dec. 22nd-Jan. 5th Winter Break 11U, 12U, 18U
13U-17U Teams will practice on Friday, Jan. 3rd (Details TBA)
May 25th & 26 Memorial Day Weekend
Breaks vary by school. Based on gym availability, practice schedules may be adjusted during school breaks.
Feb. 17-23 NYC DOE Mid-Winter Break
Mar. 17-23 Independent School Spring Break
Mar. 24-30 Independent School Spring Break
Apr. 14-18 NYC DOE Spring Break
Teams often compete over holiday weekends and Spring Break. Please plan family travel around the season schedule. Communicate directly with your coaches if you must miss a practice due to travel or other conflicts.
*Teams should expect to practice during school break weeks if they have a tournament on the following weekend
**Teams who do not have an upcoming tournament will have optional "Open Gym" practices
