SKILLS ACADEMY

Skills Academy is a training series designed for 3rd-8th graders, including beginners. Each sessions will focus on a specific volleyball skill with a focus on training technique, fundamental movement patterns, and athlete character development.

Sundays

• There is no tryout required for this program, but will be divided into groups based on age and skill.
• Participants are asked to commit to all 5 sessions if possible, as this is a continuous series.
• Because of high demand, we are not able to prorate costs. These sessions will fill up fast. Register early!
